Once contracts have been signed - forward your contract to us by fax to 07 3354 1155 or mail.

Tell your Real Estate Agent that you want us to act for you and add our contact details on the Contract of Sale, then your Real Estate Agent will forward us a copy of the Contract, so that we can start the process required to make sure everything runs smoothly.

EXTRA OPTION: Banking of Your Settlement Funds

We are able to bank your Settlement Funds after we receive funds from Settlement - if you would like to use this option, there is a charge of $20 and you will need to notify us of Bank Account Details, so that this can be organised. Otherwise you can pick up your cheque from our office, or it can be sent to you after Settlement.

Notes:

1. Our Total Cost of $349 includes GST and is correct at the time of publishing.

2. Should banks and organisations charge us for cheques, we will have to pass these charges on.
